What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If you notice damage to the packaging of your TRIPS products, please report this on the delivery slip or outright refuse the package and it will be returned to Light Bicycle. If you refuse the package, the shipping company will provide you with a compensation number which can be emailed to us for delivery tracking. Arrangements for reshipment will be made within 10 business days upon receiving the returned item.
